01Retail returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for refund or exchange.

Stitching, hardware and padding defects are covered for 6 months — we repair, replace or credit at our discretion.

Export claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt with photos; verified defects are credited on the next invoice.
