01Orders

Retail orders form a contract on dispatch. B2B orders are governed by the pro-forma invoice and agreed specification sheet.

Custom production is approved against a signed sample. Post-approval changes may affect lead time and pricing.

Our liability is limited to replacement or refund of goods that fail to meet the approved specification.
